Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at topgunarabia.com We hope you enjoy your purchase as we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to the exchange details below.

EXCHANGE OVERVIEW:

Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the order.
Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise may not be exchanged.
To facilitate your exchange, you must obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.
Items returned without an EA number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

EXCHANGES BY MAIL

For online purchases, mail exchanges are available through the following process:

1. Request your EA number:

  • Email orders@topgunarabia.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  • Pack the unused merchandise in the appropriate packaging along with the EA#.

2. Shipping:

  • You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
  • Ship to: Top Gun
    Att: Shed 2, Emirates Industrial City Sajaa

3. Processing:

  • Once we receive your package, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for the exchange processing and shipping.

EXCHANGES IN STORES:

  • Merchandise may be exchanged at any Top Gun store within 7 days for a replacement (if available), or store credit.
  • Original invoice must be present.
  • Please note that refunds are not processed at any Top Gun physical store.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

1. Initiate the exchange:

  • Email orders@topgunarabia.com to arrange an exchange.
  • Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning and the reason for the exchange.
  • Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging and include the exchange details.

2. Shipping:

  • You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
  • Ship to: Top Gun

3. Processing:

  • Once we receive your package, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you.
  • You will then receive an email containing the details of the exchange.
